"1955" is a collection of metal rod outdoor chairs inspired by the year 1955 that in Italy and in Europe represented an important year for the social, industrial and cultural revival. The 50s Italian aesthetics is still today a glam and cool great source of inspiration for the most part of the hi-end furniture production around the world. This collection represents a proposal with simple and authentic character where the nice and elegant line design supports itself a dry and unconventional personality. The visual lightness inherent in the structure is if possible consolidated and underlined the unexpected chromatic game that confuses the lower part with the grassy surfaces of gardens and parks, giving the illusion of a seat that "floats" in space
